  Reimbursement will be made for the rebooking costs of the respective means of return transport; new bookings will only be reimbursed if a rebooking is demonstrably not possible.
  
  Refunds from any cancellation of the original means of transport will be credited against any new booking.
  
  Reimbursement shall be made for the costs of the return journey in accordance with the type and quality of the original return journey.
  
  Reimbursement is subsidiary to other cost units (e.g. tour operator, airline ... ).
  
  If the tourism service provider offers (value) vouchers for unused return travel services, the value of these vouchers shall be offset against the reimbursement.

  Reimbursement will be made for the additional costs of accommodation and meals that exceed the planned travel period because a return journey is not possible due to illness or quarantine.
  
  Reimbursement is only made for the period of time during which a return journey is not possible and only subsidiary to other cost units (e.g. tour operators, hoteliers, authorities ... ).
  
  Reimbursement is made according to the type and quality of the original accommodation and is limited to a total duration of 14 days and up to a maximum of 1,500 euros.
  
  Alternative and free accommodation offers are to be accepted if they correspond at least to the booked category - in case of rejection there is no claim.
